Heading Into Year 4

Last year at this time, we celebrated going into year three with the doors closed due to the pandemic. We didn't know what was coming and here we are one year later.

After various lock downs, restrictions and so much more, here are four things we've learned as we continue on into year four.

DIVERSIFY!

There have been times where the shop had to be closed. What do you do when your main source of income is eliminated? We opened the online shop where you could support us buy checking out what we have to offer in our boutique. We are so grateful for all of you who did help us out when we were forced to be closed. Also, we continue to be active with our blogs, our social media (follow us on Facebook and Instagram!) and our website.

SUPPORT OTHERS!

We are all in this together. We found supporting other businesses shows a true connection and bond. We have had businesses support us and we are trying to do the same. (On that note, don't forget about our monthly nail clinic fundraiser in support of PAWS (Portage Animal Welfare Society) on April 14th! See our Facebook page for more info!)

TOP PRIORITY IN BUSINESS IS...

When it comes to your business, what's your top priority? For us, it's about happiness. Happy customers, happy stuff! We want to continue providing the best service possible. If you walk through our door, we want you to feel 100 per cent comfortable about your pet being left with us. Whether it's daycare or a grooming session, we care about the health and well being of your furry family member. That's our top BUSINESS priority... but that's not our ONLY priority.

SUPPORT YOURSELF!

It can't be all about the business. It's important to pause and remember EVERYTHING that matters. We have really focused on taking the time to enjoy time with our friends and family. Life is so short.

As we head into year four, we thank each and every one of you for continue to support us. We couldn't have had this success without you!
