The Puppy Package

(For dogs under 6 months of age) Getting a new puppy is an exciting and busy time. From the time you get your little one training begins. Having your puppy start to build a relationship with its groomer is extremely important for a pawsitive experience especially for scissor and clipper work. A Puppy will learn not to fear the groomer or the grooming process making things stress free for all involved. ** This package has no trimming as we feel wiggly puppies are a risk for injury with scissors. Instead our groomers will work to teach your puppy how to comply during a groom. We recommend starting at 16 weeks after a pup has been fully vaccinated by your veterinarian **

SM (10 lbs): $30.00 MED (30 lbs): $45.00 LG/XL (45 lbs): $55.00

If your puppy exceeds this weight, they will move into the regular spa services.

FAQ

How long does the Semi-Permanent Dye last?

The Semi-Permanent Dye can last more than 8-10 washes for normal hair, and then the colors will fade to a paler color later on. The Dahlia Purple and Shocking Pink may last longer.

Is the Semi-Permanent Dye safe for cats?

Yes, the semi-permanent dye has a much gentler formula, and it is safe for small breeds such as cats, birds and rabbits.

Can the Semi-Permanent Dye be used on other hair colors other than white?

The Semi-Permanent Colors works best on white hair. It can work on light brown and light grey hair as well. However, the color will turn out darker compared to the color on white hair.

Shaving Double Coated Breeds Policy

We do not shave double coated dogs. This includes breeds like golden retrievers, huskies, and border collies. Double coated dogs have two layers of coats; a dense undercoat of short hairs to keep them warm in the winter and cool in the summer, and a top coat of longer hairs called guard hairs that repel moisture and dirt and protect from the sun. Shaving a double coated dog in the summer does not help keep them cool. It ruins their fur, their cooling and insulation system, and puts them at risk for sun damage. Dogs will shed their undercoat in the summer to help cool themselves during the warmer temperatures. Instead of shaving, we can help by bathing and blowing out the undercoat, and using a comb to de-shed.
